About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance, HR and Sales Operations Lead to work closely with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to help define the company’s strategy, track financials, and assist with legal and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or accounting, at least 5 years of experience in a related role, and a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for impact and a desire to make a difference in the world. This position reports to the CEO and represents a significant growth opportunity as the company expands.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to define and implement operational strategies that support company goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare financial reports and forecasts, and make recommendations to the leadership team
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities
  • Coordinate and manage the company’s legal and compliance activities, including contract management, regulatory compliance, and risk management
  • Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, working closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the smooth operation of the company
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance matters is a plus
  • Passion for impact and a desire to make a difference in the world
