Murat Sönmez

Murat is the CEO of pulsESG™. As a co-founder of TIBCO Software in 1997, he led its growth to over a billion dollars as a public company as the head of its customer facing operations. In 2014, Murat was invited to join the Managing Board of the World Economic Forum in Geneva where he was responsible for global business engagement.
[read more] In 2017 he moved to San Francisco as the founding head of its technology policy arm, the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Network based in San Francisco now operational in more than 13 countries with hundreds of companies engaged. Murat holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Bosphorus University in Istanbul, Turkey, and an MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech. [/read]

Inderjeet Singh

President

Inderjeet is President of pulsESG™ and leads all Product and Technical functions at pulsESG™. Prior to pulsESG™ Inderjeet has been EVP at Oracle since 2014, leading product development for Oracle Cloud Platform, and sales for the ISV, OEM and Java group. Prior to Oracle, Inderjeet spent a decade at TIBCO Software leading infrastructure engineering and was General Manager for their emerging technologies group.

Inderjeet holds an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business and graduated as a Stern Scholar and Trustee Scholar. Thomas C. Franco

Thomas C. Franco

Mr. Franco joined CD&R in 2006 after advising the Firm for 15 years. He is responsible for managing relationships with critical external stake-holders, including limited partners. He leads the fundraising team and is involved in related capital access activities.
[read more]He serves on the board of the Private Capital Research Institute, a not-for-profit corporation focused on advancing the understanding of private capital’s role in the global economy. Previously, Mr. Franco served as chairman and CEO of Broadgate Consultants, an advisor to private equity managers, which he founded in 1987 in conjunction with U.K.-based securities firm, Hoare Govett. He has successfully launched a global publishing business, PEI Media, serving the alternative asset industry and, earlier, practiced corporate law. Mr. Franco has a J.D. from Fordham University and a B.A. from The University of Notre Dame.

Vindi Banga

Vindi Banga

Mr. Banga joined CD&R's London office in 2010 after a 33-year career at Unilever, where he served as executive board member and president of Global Foods, Home & Personal Care businesses. He was also responsible for Unilever's sustainability agenda.
[read more] Previously, Mr. Banga served as president, Home & Personal Care Asia and as chairman and managing director of Unilever's operating company in India, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Mr. Banga played the lead operating role on CD&R's investments in Diversey and Mauser Group and helped establish the Firm's joint venture in India. He serves as Chair of UK Government Investments, appointed by the Economic Secretary to the Treasury. He served on the Prime Minister of India's Council of Trade & Industry from 2004 to 2014. Mr. Banga is the senior independent non-executive director on the board of GlaxoSmithKline plc, and was previously the senior independent director on the board of Marks and Spencer plc. Mr. Banga was appointed chairman of Marie Curie in 2018, non-executive director of The Economist Group Board in 2020, and a director of the International Chamber of Commerce (UK chapter) in 2021. Mr. Banga has an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management and a B.Tech. in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
