Darayush Mistry

Darayush Mistry

Head of Product Management

Darayush Mistry is the Head of Product Management at pulsESG™. He is a seasoned product leader who has demonstrated success in building products for growth and scale that have enabled millions of people and thousands of companies both for consumers and businesses. Darayush has managed teams that have spanned Product Management, Design, Product Marketing, and Data Science. Most recently as the VP and Head of Product at Surprise.com, he helped pivot the fast-growing company into the broader employee experience space by building out a new SaaS application, significantly expanding its addressable market.

Prior to that Darayush was a product leader at Uber and his team built from the ground up Uber’s first omnichannel content authoring platform that allows highly personalized interactions across channels like email, push, in-app, SMS at planet scale.

Earlier in his career, Darayush was a product leader at cloud platform companies like Salesforce, Coupa, and NetSuite. At Salesforce, his team built and launched Salesforce’s first no-code digital content management platform called site.com that became the underlying experience platform for Community Cloud and successfully propelled its launch into the community and collaboration market.

Darayush is also an advisor to startups both individually and through accelerators like Berkeley Skydeck. Darayush grew up in Mumbai, India, and studied Computer Engineering and then received his MBA in Marketing with distinction both from the University of Pune, India.

Atul Mohidekar

Atul Mohidekar

Head of Engineering

Atul brings over 30 years of business, technology and executive experience in both startup and large enterprise software companies that includes engineering management, professional services, product management, pre-sales, customer support and raising capital. His career spans multiple successful acquisitions, both as acquiree and acquirer. Atul has deep technical experience architecting and delivering high performance, scalable, fault-tolerant, and configurable products using diverse technologies.

Prior to pulsESG™, Atul worked as a cross-functional executive at rfxcel (a growth startup acquired by Antares Vision) for 11+ years to envision, design, develop and implement all rfxcel’s products. He joined rfxcel at an early stage as CTO and SVP of Operations and was responsible for building and managing engineering, product management, professional services, infrastructure (SaaS) and support teams across multiple countries. As rfxcel product portfolio expanded significantly and to expand the rfxcel offerings in multiple industries, Atul transitioned into CTO and SVP of Products and Engineering role to focus on products & engineering for the last few years at rfxcel and managed global teams.

Before joining rfxcel, Atul led engineering and product management teams at Oracle and created products using flexible data model, workflow engines, rule engines and integration engines. Prior to Oracle, Atul joined Velosel (an MDM-pioneering startup) as a member of the founding team to hire the engineering team to design, develop and deliver Velosel products from ground up until Velosel was acquired by TIBCO. In his earlier career, Atul worked as a consultant for multiple technology companies, including Intel and Symantec, to design and develop their software products.

Atul holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai/Bombay, India and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, India.

Nicole Peerless

Nicole Peerless

Head of Business Engagement

Nicole Peerless is the Head of Business Engagement at pulsESG™. She and her team are responsible for managing all aspects of engagement for prospective and existing clients, from their initial interest through implementation.

Prior to pulsESG™, Nicole was the Head of Investors Industries at the World Economic Forum where she was responsible for overseeing the Forum’s global community of asset owners and fund managers. She worked with senior leadership of the Investors Industries partners, alongside government officials from across the globe, on issues regarding ESG, stakeholder capitalism, private vs public markets and long-term investing, as well as providing strategic guidance on initiatives involving public-private cooperation.

Previously, Nicole was Head of Investors Relations and Fundraising at Zouk Capital, a London based private equity and infrastructure fund manager, investing in the clean and efficient economy. She began her career as a consultant at Accenture UK. She earned her MBA at the International School of Business in Paris France, and BA at Concordia University in Montreal Canada.

Inderjeet Singh

Inderjeet Singh

President, CTO & Co-Founder

Inderjeet is President & CTO and leads all Product and Technical functions at pulsESG™. Prior to co-founding pulsESG™ Inderjeet was with Oracle as EVP since 2014, leading product development for Oracle Cloud Platform, and sales for the ISV, OEM and Java group. Prior to Oracle, Inderjeet spent a decade at TIBCO Software leading infrastructure engineering and was General Manager for their emerging technologies group. He was part of the founding team of Velosel Corporation, which was later acquired by TIBCO. He also held senior technical leadership roles at Syncsort. Inderjeet holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and graduated as a Stern Scholar and Trustee Scholar. He holds an MS in computer science from Marist College and a BS from the National Defence Academy in India.

Murat is the CEO of pulsESG™. As a co-founder of TIBCO Software in 1997, he led its growth to over a billion dollars as a public company as the head of its customer facing operations. In 2014, Murat was invited to join the Managing Board of the World Economic Forum in Geneva where he was responsible for global business engagement. In 2017 he moved to San Francisco as the founding head of its technology policy arm, the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Network based in San Francisco now operational in more than 13 countries with hundreds of companies engaged. Murat holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Bosphorus University in Istanbul, Turkey, and an MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.

Pam has over 25 years of experience building beloved consumer brands, enhancing organizational reputation, engaging stakeholders, and leading corporate sustainability practice. As Global Head of Sustainability at Mattel, Pam is charged with advancing the ESG strategy, priorities, and goals for the leading global toy company. Using a design-led and brand purpose-driven approach, Pam engages cross-functionally to develop products, plans, programs and initiatives that support the company’s purpose and manage environmental and social impacts along the entire value chain to create shared value for all stakeholders.

Prior to joining Mattel, Pam was Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Centric Brands, the leading apparel and accessories licensing company in North America. Before that, she served as Senior Advisor at Carol Cone On Purpose, a consultancy whose mission is to move social purpose to the center of business and brand strategy, and Managing Partner of the Gill-Alabaster Group, a strategic sustainability consulting firm serving consumer-facing and business to business clients across a variety of sectors including food and beverage, hospitality, food service, fashion, beauty and personal care, health and nutrition.

Recognized by TriplePundt and Forbes as among the Top Women in Sustainability/CSR, Pam creates organizational value through the lens of sustainability/CSR and delivers results by identifying opportunities and managing risks through ethical/responsible sourcing and human rights, product design, stewardship and innovation, efficient operations, energy/GHG emission strategy, waste management, water stewardship, ESG reporting, stakeholder/activist engagement, brand purpose and social impact programs.

Pam previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, Public Affairs and CSR at Revlon, Inc. where she was charged with building enterprise reputation with key stakeholders through strategic communications, engagement, corporate sustainability, and brand purpose programs. Before joining Revlon, Pam was VP Global Corporate Responsibility at The Estée Lauder Companies, with the
mandate to develop a three-year sustainability strategy with goals, time-bound targets, and initiatives to advance the company’s practice and produce the first corporate responsibility report.

With a successful 20 year + career at L’Oréal, prior to joining the Estée Lauder Companies, Pam held various executive and leadership marketing, communications and corporate affairs roles of increasing responsibility at L’Oréal Paris, Lancôme and served as Senior Vice President Corporate Communications, Public Affairs & Sustainable Development for L’Oréal USA. Pam began her marketing career at Philip Morris on Marlboro and before attending graduate school, worked in magazine publishing.

Pam has two master’s degrees, an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and an MBA in Marketing from New York University Stern School of Business. She was awarded a BA in Journalism from Pepperdine University. Pam is a Governing Board Member of the ICTI Ethical Toy Program, a former member of Board of Directors for the Natural Resources Stewardship Circle, the Revlon Charitable Foundation, Sustainable Brands Corporate Advisory Board, Fashion Group International, the Personal Care Products Council, and is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), New York Women in Communications, and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

Rick Kushel

Co-Founder and General Partner, FINTOP Capital

Rick Kushel is Co-Founder and a General Partner at FINTOP Capital and brings to the firm a 30 year track record of guiding financial technology companies through growth phases and successful outcomes.
Rick leads FINTOP Capital’s investments in and sits on the board of directors at Decusoft, Cobalt Software, BipSync, Honcho, and GAN Integrity. Rick previously led investments for FINTOP Capital at DealCloud (acquired by Intapp) and Solovis (acquired by NASDAQ).
Rick has extensive experience founding new companies, spinning out products, and overseeing hyper growth. Throughout his career Rick has raised capital from Blackstone, The Carlyle Group, Hamilton Lane, Edison Ventures, NJTC Venture Fund, Duff & Phelps, and also served as a strategic advisor to the Innovations portfolio at The Blackstone Group.
Prior to co-founding FINTOP Capital, Rick was the CEO of DealCloud (acquired by Intapp in 2018), Founder and CEO of iLevel Solutions (acquired by Ipreo in 2015), and Founder, Chairman and CEO of Archive Systems (acquired by Access Information Management in 2015).
Rick is a frequent public speaker and guest lecturer on venture capital and entrepreneurship. He received a B.S. in Chemistry and Business from James Madison University, and serves on the board of JMI.

Saloni Multani

Saloni Multani

Co-Head, Venture & Growth at Galvanize Climate Solutions

Saloni Multani has spent 20 years working with, learning from, and investing in growing companies. In recent years, she has focused her efforts on companies and causes aligned with combating climate change, most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Joe Biden presidential campaign and working to support the administration’s climate efforts.

Prior to her work on the campaign, Saloni was a Venture Partner at Congruent Ventures, an early stage venture firm focused on the sustainability ecosystem; she also worked with Three Cairns Group, a NY-based family office, to help develop and execute a mission-aligned venture investment strategy oriented around climate.

Saloni has previously held investment roles at SPO Partners, a long-only investment manager where she was a Partner (2012-2016); Hellman & Friedman, where she was a Director (2006-2012); and Blackstone, where she began her career as a private equity analyst (2000-2002). Through these positions, Saloni invested across sectors – including software, industrials, distribution, and beyond – enabling a broad perspective she now brings to climate investing with a goal of helping to create a more sustainable economy.

Saloni has served on the boards of Vertafore, Goodman Global, Trove Recommerce, and Thrilling, Inc. She currently sits on the board of Artisan Partners, an investment management firm.

Saloni graduated with an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two young daughters.
